POWER OF ATTORNEY

A Power of Attorney is a legal document necessary in instances whereby you appoint another person or agent to carry out acts on your behalf. The person appointed as your Power of Attorney must be someone you trust. Granting a Power of Attorney does not mean you lose the right to make your own decisions, but can be necessary in specific instances to protect your best interests.
